1. RUSSIAN AND HAVE ONE - The Russian Imperial Stout was a favorite of Russia's Catherine theGreat. It’s a beer that can only be described as rich, dark, and special. This beer is brewed with a ton of grainwhich gives it a complex range of flavors and a silky smooth finish. ABV 8.4
2. BEACH BUM LAGER - Drop a lime in our Mexican lager. It’s the perfect beach beer you can enjoy any time of year. ABV 5.2
3. Downtown Brown - With its middle of the road ABV and low bitterness, this is a beer that can beenjoyed anytime of the year. It’s named after the location of the 1905 taproom. Hope to see you downtownsoon. ABV 6.3
4. Raider Red - 1905’s version of the Irish Red. You can pick up the roasted barley taste in this maltforwardbeer. Named after our local school mascot, Central A&M Raiders, we think you will enjoy this one. ABV5.8
5. Assumption Amber Ale - The Assumption Amber Ale is mouth-watering maltygoodness. Great malt taste with low bitterness/hoppiness. Named after our small town, the AAA is a true easydrinking beer that anyone can enjoy. ABV 5.5
6. 1905 Citra - IPA’s are a favorite of the 1905 owners, thus this beer bears the 1905 name. It’s an easydrinking IPA made with Nugget, Mosaic, and Citra hops. ABV 6.0
7. Farmer’s Daughter - An easy drinking, slightly fruity blonde ale. It’s one of our more popularbeers. This is a good introductory beer for those new to craft beer. ABV 5.7
8. Slag Pile Stout - This beer is a blend of 9 malts and grains along with a Tettnang hop. We addlactose to the boil to create a smooth and sweet yet malty flavor. Dry hopped with cocoa nibs, the name of thischocolate oatmeal stout references Assumption’s coal mining days and is an owner favorite. ABV 4.7
9. Hot Red Pepper - A spice lover’s beer. We take our Raider Red and infuse it with jalapeno peppers.The result is a nice pepper taste but not a lot of heat. ABV 5.5
10. Water Tower Wheat - A simple straight-forward low bitterness wheat beer designed for thenon-craft beer lovers. Named after the water tower that looms over 1905, we anticipate this beer will be acustomer favorite. ABV 5.5
11. SKINNY DIPPER - This American Pale Ale is a great summer beer. It’s light, crisp, and refreshing with subtle hop flavor and a hint of caramel malt. Jump in and give it a try. ABV 5.5
12. Raider Black - This is 1905’s dark IPA with a ton of hops, but don’t let that scare you as it isbalanced by a heavy malt base. ABV 6.0
13. HOPPY - This New England IPA is dry-hopped with an abundance of Calypso, Citra, Amarillo, and Simcoehops, which delivers a tropical fruity aroma and juicy flavor with low bitterness. ABV 6.5
14. BELL RINGER – Who doesn’t love a good session beer? This is our version of a session IPA that youcould drink all day. It’s named after our tradition of ringing the bell at 7:05 for our nightly toast. ABV 4.7
15. COMET BLUE – Malted barley blended with blue corn creates a creamy smooth corn cream ale that hasbecome a popular choice of 1905 fans. ABV 7.3
16. THE PHOENIX – The Phoenix, an American Lager, was brewed to be a beer everybody could enjoy. Aclean, crisp beer with a single Mackinac hop. Like The Phoenix, we think this beer will “rise” to the top of yourfavorites list. ABV 5.5

18. LIGHTEN UP FRANCIS – Our light low calorie low carb beer. Refreshing ale with a crisp clean taste.ABV 4.2
19. Czar you kidding me – The Russian Imperial Stout is the base for this beer. We infuse some bourbon-soaked oak chips to give it just a hint of barrel-aged flavor. ABV 8.4
20. TOAST OF THE TOWN – We’ve added toasted pecans to our already great brown ale to give you all something really special. The nut flavor really compliments the sweetness of our favorite Downtown Brown. ABV 6.3
