Brewing Craft Beer

Our story

Big Dream in a Small Town

Following a mapping grant for revitalizing small towns, several groups emerged including a retail group from which an idea grew to begin a microbrewery. A beautiful historical building was aquired in April 2017 and reconstruction began along with brewing of great beer! By May of 2018, a place was established and open for people to gather and share great beer, food, fun, and stories. Unfortunately, approximately 9 months later the unthinkable happened. After a very successful business began to thrive in a small town, a devestating fire shattered the hearts of the owners who began the adventure together. The outpouring of support from people of the town and surrounding communities lifted the spirits of the owners who had a big decision to make. Could there be a rebirth of this dream? Several barn destructions and donations of some of the most caring customers helped answer that question.

Favorite Craft Selection
Big George Porter, Raider Red, Hopped Up Hearse, 1905 Citra, Comet Blue Corn, and Farmer's Daughter have been some favorites of so many. Those along with many of our other popular craft beers will continue to be on our menu. We will make room for a guest tap or two. Be on the lookout for a Craft beer to be introduced to commemorate our "Rising from the Ashes". Bet you can even guess the name of that one!
Food and Snacks
If you need something to snack on, we will continue to have gourmet popcorn flavors to choose from like caramel and cheddar, birthday cake, pizza flavored, and many others along with some specialty beef sticks. We will also continue to work with local vendors and a variety of food trucks to bring you choices of dining experiences to enhance your visit to our 1905 brewery. If you desire, feel free to bring dinner in with you!
Fine Wines
If you are looking for something to sip on in the way of wine, we will have our guest tap of Sangria. We are aware and ready to also serve some of our favorite guest tap ciders many ask about. We will rotate those familiar favorites such as the Pineapple, Strawberry, Pear, and others. We have something for everyone looking to enjoy a Craft Brewery Experience.
